About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, providing excellent service to customers via phone and email. You will assist customers with bookings, rebookings, cancellations of flights, train journeys, and hotel stays. Your goal is to ensure each customer enjoys a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Assist with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flights, train, and hotel services.
- Offer personalized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Process customer data efficiently and accurately.
