Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients, manage the sales process, and oversee sales projects;
- Craft compelling commercial proposals and engage in negotiations;
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our existing B2B clients;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategy plans;
- Work closely with various company departments to facilitate service/product sales.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Possess at least 2 years of successful experience in selling to large corporate clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills (experience in a similar role is a significant advantage);
- Hold a higher education degree (preferred);
- Are native speakers of Estonian with a proficient command of English or Russian (both spoken and written);
- Exhibit the ability to effortlessly establish and nurture long-term client relationships;
- Embrace values of professionalism, initiative, personal growth, and teamwork;
- Have experience or knowledge in logistics, e-commerce, and/or IT fields (considered an advantage).
