Product Manager is a role dedicated to maintain corporate lending products, drive products changes and support stakeholders with corporate lending products knowledge.
What You Will Do:
Product related support for front and back office:
- Central point-of-entry for product related questions in local market
- Need-based trainings to users (roll-out of new product features, ad-hoc based on stakeholders needs)
- Stakeholders management in local market (understanding, consolidating needs for corporate lending products)
Maintenance and changes of corporate lending products:
- Driving allocated product changes: understanding business/regulatory needs, preparation of high level business requirements on expected features / functionality, follow-up on development, product documentation update, introduction to affected stakeholders
- State guarantee management - implementing State guarantees and support running the schemes
- Consistent product processes efficiency monitoring and improvement – identify and/or implement identified efficiency gain projects
- Participate and provide input in initiatives / projects related to corporate lending products both locally and on Baltic level.
- Allocated vendors management
Contribution to compliance in corporate lending products domain
- Coordination and implementation of assigned compliance initiatives (incl. initiation of closure of allocated audit, compliance, Oprisk gaps).

- Experience in product development and/or product domain expertise
- Good understanding & knowledge of Corporate Business
- Good knowledge of customer needs in corporate lending area, about corporate lending products and future trends in this area
- Good knowledge about product development
- Experience working with data (product statics and analytics; results of A/B tests)
- Stakeholder management
- Initiative to learn quickly new tasks
- Innovation mindset
- Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
