- Preparing payroll data in Estonia and Germany ensuring complete and timely processing in accordance with payroll schedule and deadlines
- Updating and maintaining payroll related systems and databases
- Processing new joiners, leavers and contract changes
- Coordinating employee benefits
- Participating in other HR projects
