What You Will Do:

  •  Ensure handling of regulatory inspections across all areas and jurisdictions, providing guidance and support to the owners and main contributors to the inspections;
  • Develop a comprehensive process on how the regulatory inspections and as a result remediation programs (if any) should be handled (end-to-end process from identifying potential inspections to defining the remediation plans);
  • Set the appropriate governance for the inspections and/or remediation program depending on the scale and area;
  • Monitor, challenge and escalate deliverables under the inspections and/or remediation program ensuring timeliness and quality;
  • Coordinate the efforts of different divisions across the bank contributing to the inspection and/or remediation program;
  • Monitor that the Inspections and Remediations Management Procedure is being applied and escalate if it is not followed;
  • Monitor and report on the inspections and/or remediation program to senior management and foster strategic decision-making;
  • Ensure that all participants of the inspections and/or remediation program have a single source of truth, a transparent and central record of the progress of each inspection and/or remediation program;
  • Foster a sound risk and compliance culture by raising awareness of the bank about the importance of major supervisory initiatives, including inspections and remediation programs.

What We Expect: 

  • Experience working in a similar role (regulatory affairs, EU regulations compliance, etc.);
  • Experience in handling the on-site inspection;
  • Knowledge of the finance sector regulations;
  • Strong representational skills as you'll be reporting to TOP level management and external stakeholders;
  • Strong collaboration skills as you'll be you'll be working together with the different divisions of the bank;
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
