A client of WorkingDay Latvia FASHION INVESTMENT GROUP is the official distributor of PANDORA jewellery in the Baltic States.
As Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee the retail operations of the store network in Estonia (three stores in Tallinn, and one store in Tartu), creating synergy between departments and the sales team. Close collaboration with the Commercial Director is essential to integrate and support sales strategies operationally at a store level.
Responsibilities:
- Control of sales budgets and costs in the region
- Analysis of the level of inventories and taking care of its planned rotation
- Managing projects implemented in stores
- Recruiting for managerial positions
- Motivating and training store managers and employees
- Visiting stores regularly and completing checklists
- Control of standards of the Pandora brand
- Opening new points of sales if needed
You have:
- Experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment in shopping centres with international brands
- Deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Capability to analyze sales data, foot traffic, and other relevant metrics to optimize store performance
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations
- Fluent Estonian and English language skills are a must; other languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills to liaise with store staff, upper management, and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends, brand strategies, and operational requirements
