Your tasks
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for both SeaStorm boats and SeaBird kayaks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including dealers, distributors, and end customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Attend industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote our brands.

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the marine or outdoor recreation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
