Qminder team is looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist to foster an environment where our people thrive and look forward to contributing their best work. We are a hybrid team with offices in Tallinn and Tartu. In this role, you would not only manage all physical workplace related operations, but also play a key part in enhancing the overall employee experience.

Your responsibilities would include:
- Taking care and finding ways to improve of our office environments in Tallinn and Tartu while actively supporting hybrid work arrangements
- Managing all office-related orders, tracking inventory, and maintaining relationships with various service providers
- Organizing company-wide events and celebrations
- Staying up-to-date with occupational health regulations and ensuring compliance to maintain a safe and healthy workplace
- Handling day-to-day requests from our team and supporting management with administrative tasks
- Assisting our Head of People by executing different people and culture initiatives, from onboarding support to planning new merch.
This job is for you if you:
- Have prior experience in office management, workplace project management, HR roles, or similar positions
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and are always seeking ways to improve
- Excel in planning, time management, and project coordination
- Are full of creative and original ideas
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills
