As a Junior Trainer in our Live88 Studios team, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring all new Game Presenters undergo fantastic quality, engaging training, and enter the casino floor fully prepared to provide excellent services to our players.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Provide initial training and onboarding process for new Game Presenters;
  
• Retraining of existing employees;
  
• Assure the part of a role model and mentor for the staff;
  
• Be familiar with and keep updated on all training materials, procedural documentation & quality guidelines;
  
• Train and reinforce good service skills with trainees;
  
• Assign tasks to trainees on the casino floor and ensure that the gaming staff provides excellent service;
  
• Coaching to ensure proper grooming standards are followed;
  
• Promote an atmosphere that is conducive to staff giving their best;
  
• Work together with the training team to provide the best quality output of Game Presenters to the live studio floor.
  

What we expect from you

• Good communication and presentation skills;
  
• Experience working as a live casino Game Presenter (minimum 6 months);
  
• Land base casino or studio experience;
  
• Good motivation and ability to motivate others;
  
• The ability to work as part of a team;
  
• Fluent in written and verbal English;
  
• Excellent communicator with an eye for detail;
  
• Able to multitask, work in a team and adapt quickly;
  
• Tech savvy – highly skilled with computers and new technologies;
  
• Previous experience managing demanding customers;
  
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, sports betting and casino games;
  
• Knowledge of customer behaviour;
  
• Any other language is a plus.
