Role responsibilities

📣 We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our blue and white army! 
Be part of our Marketing Team and drive the digital strategy of Games Global and other key brands to ensure that all marketing activities are prioritized and receive the very best exposure to help bolster our B2B marketing messages and campaigns.

You will be responsible for executing all aspects of external digital communications, including managing the companys social media profiles, developing and implementing effective content across social media channels, paid media, corporate websites of appropriate brands, lead generation campaigns, among others, ensuring effective messaging across various channels, as well as performance monitoring and reporting.
The Digital Marketing Specialist ensures a data-driven strategy, competent and insightful intel, and creative content and copy for Games Globals social media platforms, delivered at pace and to the highest standard, supporting key stakeholders around the business with a range of online campaigns.

🤔What you'll do
Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online and social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Maintain and grow the online presence and reputation of the various associated brands, by developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy geared towards facilitating exceptional online content quality and audience growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the online casino industry.
  • Develop and propose exciting campaign ideas and methods using digital tools and social media platforms that can be utilised by Games Global and the respective studios to support a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including content and advertisement, ensuring the efficient targeting and ad budgets allocation.
Content Creation and Copywriting 
  • Own the digital marketing calendar and associated briefs for copywriting and design related to communication materials, including newsletters, social posts, blogs, interviews, case studies, PR and other.
  • Schedule the content, ensuring timely and effective information dissemination, including newsletters, social media, campaigns and other. 
  • Craft compelling copy for posts, ads, and promotional materials to drive brand awareness and user engagement. 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure compelling creative content is delivered at pace and servicing stakeholders within and outside of, the team.
Community Engagement
  •  Foster a vibrant online community by interacting with users, responding to comments and messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and online community participation. 
  • Identify areas for growth, whether it be identifying new audience types or bespoke campaigns and initiatives to enhance innovation within this area. 
Project Management 
  • Drive and support campaign coordination of various marketing initiatives that would require multiple areas of online presence. 
  • Have excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast paced environment. 
Performance Reporting 
  • Track digital marketing performance and reporting on organic and paid campaigns efficiency. 
  • Monitor industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for proactive communication initiatives. 
  • Generate regular reports on key social media metrics, providing insights into campaign performance, audience behaviour, and overall social media effectiveness. 
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Grow the Games Global online audience per social media platform in line with the target areas of the business.

Requirements for the role

🔍  Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive individual who feels comfortable within the digital space, someone who has a problem solving mindset, is a creative thinker, is adaptable to change, excellent writing and project management skills, and who isnt afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • A degree or professional qualification in marketing, public relations, communications, or business.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience within a digital marketing environment or similar.
  • Proven experience in delivery of outstanding communications across a variety of online channels including social media apps and video sharing channels.
  • Proficient in digital and social media reporting, scheduling, and analytics tools. 
  • Demonstrable success in the developing, executing, and measuring of effective online, and social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, confident managing several tasks and delivering to a high standard, often working under pressure. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile guests, media contacts, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of the latest marketing tools, techniques and best practices.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, with exceptional copywriting skills and a keen understanding of brand voice and tone.
  • Ability to identify and engage target audiences in regions worldwide
  • Understanding of the relevant risk, regulation, and compliance standards. 
  • Passion for driving engagement to all audiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to strategies based on evolving industry trends and platform algorithms.
