If You have:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration;
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in buying and sourcing;
• Focused, results oriented and independent personality;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
• Proven track record of delivering results and achieving financial targets;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;
• Fluent English and one of the Baltic languages.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute Rimi Baltic negotiations, sourcing and suppliers strategies;
• Contribute to the annual target planning process by developing and implementing negotiation and buying plans with clear financial targets.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis using internal Rimi data, market data, and sourcing intelligence to identify opportunities and build effective negotiation plans.Negotiate with the suppliers, utilizing cross-countries synergies and securing the best purchasing terms and conditions;
• Ensure smooth vendor management and day-to-day cooperation with suppliers;
• Continuously search for new suppliers to expand our supplier base and enhance sourcing capabilities
• Manage agreements according to internal procedures and ensure accurate product data;
• Build the network and pursue active dialog with all internal stakeholders to guarantee alignment and coordination.
