As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our VIP players, ensuring they receive personalised and exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate VIP perks, rewards, and experiences, with the goal of maximising player satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. This role requires a combination of exceptional customer service skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the online gambling industry.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Key Account Management or VIP management, preferably within the online gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Spanish language proficiency preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and handle stress effectively.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Your will be responsible for:

  • Create the strategy and program for our VIP customers across all brands.
  • Define the "VIP Customer" criteria and segments within the company.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players, providing personalized assistance and support.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with VIP players through regular communication via chat, phone, and email.
  • Execute retention and reactivation offers for VIP and potential VIP users to optimize revenues.
  • Plan and implement customer journeys across products for all loyalty players.
  • Monitor VIP player activity and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and potential issues.
  • Implement targeted campaigns to increase the lifetime value of loyalty players.
  • Gather feedback from VIP players to continuously improve services and offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote responsible gaming practices among VIP players.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance the VIP program.
