The application must include: 1. A CV, preferably in chronological format. 2. Evidence of the qualifications required, showing the level and course of training (medicine), the date of completion of training and the institution from which the training was obtained. 3. Evidence of the relevance of the specialisation (certificate of passing a professional examination, specialist examination, medical licence and decision on the validity of the licence). 4. A certificate of vaccination against hepatitis B and measles. 5. An indication of the length of notice if the candidate is employed by another employer.
