• Review technical documentation for clarity and consistency 
• Research and propose customer-specific documentation solutions
• Initiate improvements in documentation processes and standards
• Implement document control management processes to ensure consistency
• Standardize organizational documentation to maintain consistency and clarity
• Monitor user feedback and implement improvements to documentation
• Develop, gather, and share technical information effectively

• Multitasking skills, diligence as well as strong attention to detail
• A will to keep learning
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage
• Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in documentation layout and formatting.
