Tourist groups arriving with buses, individuals stopping by car, 150 seats plus 40 seats outside. Need for speed with service and salads to be put in the display so the supply is ready when the large number of groups arrive, so from time to time also helping out in the kitchen with placing this kind of food in the displays. Also help in the souvenir shop when needed with refilling the shelves with goods as well as tending the cashier. The souvenir shop is adjacent to the restaurant in the same building
