Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development plans to expand our market presence and capitalize on emerging trends. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and verticals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions and customized solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and business development progress to senior management.

Technical Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles.
  • Strong understanding of Fintech market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
