Job description

SpectroCoin is currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Estonia. With this position we willing to attract market enthusiastic sales person who see sales process more than just selling services, but see as a mutual partnerships, connections, opportunities to make business in the best way.
We are looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge and effectively communicate it to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and a great ability to connect and interact within the business field. The primary focus will be on engaging with our B2B clients and driving sales growth in the region.

You should find it interesting to

· Engage in B2B sales.
· Assume direct responsibility for sales within the assigned territory.
· Initiate contact with prospective B2B clients.
· Explore new business opportunities and establish new contacts.
· Maintain active day-to-day communication with potential customers and conduct follow-ups to facilitate successful evaluation and sales of our solution.
· Conduct strategic research and analysis to enhance the credibility and value of our solution.

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Management, o a related field.
· 2 + years of experience in sales, preferably in the iGaming&Forex industry.
· Proficiency in the English language.
· Ability to organize tasks and work under minimal or no supervision.
· Outstanding negotiation and written presentation skills.
· Effective networking capabilities.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Qualities of understanding, patience, and the ability to remain calm in overwhelming circumstances.
