Tööülesannete kirjeldus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-level service to the groups Sales teams, confirming reservations within deadline and maximising profit via the booking system
  • Ensure daily priorities are cleared each day
  • Ensure timely and accurate system update for all bookings
  • Ensure that all operations are done according to the procedures, policies and strategies set by the management
  • Ensure that hotel complaints and problems are dealt with efficiency
  • Ensure good and professional communication between the departments and with suppliers
  • Prioritise business to properties according to procurement strategy hotels with partner agreement and group allotment (ensuring efficient allotment usage)
  • Negotiation for each single service to optimize profit
  • Sales support & commercial awareness
  • Participation in different meetings and trainings
  • Participation in various projects and assignments
  • Securing proper back-up for other team members during their absence (holidays etc.)
  • Close contact and collaboration with Procurement team

About the Function
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their travelers needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.


About the Role
To support sales offices by confirming accommodation within the agreed specifications (budget, quality etc) and SLA while ensuring that maximum profit is obtained through the long and short term (re)negotiation of confirmed rates. This needs to be done with strong commitment to the company and its policies.
Has close interaction the Procurement team. Key clients are the worldwide Sales offices. Key relationships are with Sales, Procurement and the suppliers in their territory.
