What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing technical specifications for production and procurement.
  • Improving existing products and production processes.
  • Developing, managing, and updating various manuals.
  • Designing and coordinating the manufacturing of fixtures.
  • Monitoring production efficiency and productivity.
  • Inputting, managing, and planning production program data.

You are a good fit if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in production engineering (at least 2 years)
  • Ability to read and create technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of knowledge of machining, fabrication and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD systems (preferably Solidworks or Solid Edge).
  • Independence, correctness, and decision-making ability.
  • Good technical understanding and readiness to learn.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Technical higher education (can be in progress).
  • Good command of Estonian and English.
