What you'll be doing:
- Preparing technical specifications for production and procurement.
- Improving existing products and production processes.
- Developing, managing, and updating various manuals.
- Designing and coordinating the manufacturing of fixtures.
- Monitoring production efficiency and productivity.
- Inputting, managing, and planning production program data.
You are a good fit if you have the following:
- Previous experience in production engineering (at least 2 years)
- Ability to read and create technical drawings.
- Knowledge of knowledge of machining, fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD systems (preferably Solidworks or Solid Edge).
- Independence, correctness, and decision-making ability.
- Good technical understanding and readiness to learn.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Technical higher education (can be in progress).
- Good command of Estonian and English.
