Requirements for candidates

Job description

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing distributor company specializing in the beauty industry. A client of Eligo Partners is dedicated to bringing top-notch beauty products to the Estonian market and beyond. As we expand our client's reach, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join the team as a Key Account Manager.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing designated sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our presence in the Estonian market. You will be responsible for maintaining existing partnerships while also spearheading efforts to introduce brands to new markets. Your efforts will be instrumental in elevating company's brand image and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales strategy and implement designated sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with new clients through cold calls and client visits.
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Successfully introduce the brands to new markets and elevate brands' image.
  • Enter the Scandinavian market and represent worldwide beauty trademarks.
  • Prepare commercial offers and coordinate contracts with clients.
  • Track brand performance against business targets and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze foreign markets and sales channels to identify new growth opportunities.
