Requirements for candidates
- Work Experience or education in the field of a supply chain or logistic planning
- Estonian and English language skills
- Knowledge of ERP preferably SAP
- MS Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
Job description
- Accurately convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders
- Manage purchase order book
- Contact suppliers on matters of current and past due shipments and update ERP with the most current information with regards to delivery dates
- Create Freight Orders where BMI is responsible for freight
- Work together with the Supply Planner and relevant stakeholders to root-cause supply chain service failures and generate actions to solve the failure and prevent recurrence in the future
- Track deliveries and monitor delivery times.
