• Is happy to work on the end-to-end design process, including foundational research, concept creation, UI iteration, and validation.
• Want to help shape the design system so other designers can do their best work.
• Understands the importance of motion and interaction in design.
• Has an analytical mind combined with soft skills such as empathy and intuition.
• Understands the needs of designing a product thats used by thousands of people every day.
• Would love to work with research insights and data.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK WILL INCLUDE:

• Meeting with the rest of the team and discussing new features and improvements.
• Creating wireframes and process flows to define possible solutions to interface challenges.
• Designing beautiful, usable mockups that solve the problem at hand in a straightforward way.
• Working with other team members to measure feature adoption.
• Talking to our users to explore opportunities for improvements and iterating on designs based on their feedback.
• Maintaining and contributing to our design system.
• Writing documentation and guidance on how and why components, styles, and patterns are applied in code and design

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in a UX / UI, product design role, with a focus on SaaS products.
• Portfolio to showcase your achievements.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to present your designs and provide rationale on your solutions to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with a deadline across one or more projects.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology, especially with respect to product design.
