About the role:
The Ad Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of online advertisements while maximizing campaign performance and revenue generation. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns, including ad trafficking, creative asset management, and bid optimization
- Monitor campaign performance metrics
- Test and iterate on different ad creatives to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Monitor ad inventory availability and ensure accurate forecasting for upcoming campaigns.
- Optimize ad placement strategies to maximize fill rates and revenue while maintaining a positive user experience
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and performance discrepancies.
- Liaise with ad tech vendors, publishers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth campaign execution
