Our Sportsbook department is growing, and we are looking for a Turkish Sportsbet Operations Executive with a keen interest in sports, excelling in delivering outstanding service, and a knack for problem-solving. 🚀

Your daily tasks will be 

• Maximize customer experience by ensuring on-site navigation is user friendly and optimized for Turkish customers;
  
• Reviewing and updating customer accounts, processing settlements and bonuses;
  
• Second-level support for Customer Experience Agents;
  
• Managing and monitoring the Turkish market, site, and promotions;
  
• Offer management activities;
  
• Managing Sportsbet-specific live incidents for Turkey (where applicable);
  
• Liaise directly with Turkish commercial and marketing teams to optimize our customer experiences from new customers to existing ones.
  

What we expect from you

• Strong knowledge of sports, particularly local Turkish sports;
  
• Strong knowledge of Turkey culture and lifestyle;
  
• Proficiency in Excel and competent computer skills;
  
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail;
  
• An interest in online casinos, crypto, and sports;
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English and native to the Turkish language to liaise effectively with different stakeholders across the region.
