We welcome you to join our great service center in a modern work environment in Ülemiste City, where's always something inspiring happening. We have also an option to work from home office. Common Shared Services (CSS) is an organization that provides expert transactional business services to Hitachi Energy out of five centers spread across the globe. Tallinn CSS offers supply chain management, financial and HR services for Northen Europe and Great Britain countries. This drives continuous improvement of productivity and service quality, which ultimately helps the Business Units to be more successful on the market.

Your responsibilities

Supporting the Accounts Payable department with different activities, processing Accounts Payable transactions such as vendor invoices
Data entry and processing
Creating reports
Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation
Communicating with external and internal clients
Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background

Education or obtaining education in accounting or finance
Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication and team-work skills
Proficiency in English
Readiness to spend 6 months as a trainee in the company
