A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Execute efficient processing of customer payout requests, adhering rigorously to established protocols.
- Showcase your attention to detail by meticulously verifying player accounts and scrutinizing customer documents adhering to established guidelines.
- Employ your analytical acumen to identify and counteract fraudulent activities, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity of our operations.
- Engage in a comprehensive analysis of daily and weekly reports, drawing valuable insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
- Exemplify your commitment to regulatory compliance by diligently applying anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measures during payment processing and account verification.
- Serve as a pivotal point of contact, fostering effective communication with payment service providers and collaborating seamlessly with customer support to address matters of payments and security.
You're good at
- You have prior experience in fraud and/or verification (KYC) related roles, preferably within the gambling industry.
- Using computers like a champ and having the ability to navigate in different back offices simultaneously.
- Your flexibility shines as you're open to working varying shifts, including weekends, contributing to our seamless operational continuity.
- Demonstrating prowess in both oral and written communication, adept at meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and maintaining impeccable organizational standards. Proficient in multitasking, with a proven track record of successful team collaboration and the ability to work independently. Having an open-minded approach, and initiative-taking capabilities.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
