Purpose of the role:
As the Hotel Manager of our Burman Hotel, you will provide an unbeatable experience for our clients. You will provide a service that exceeds our customer expectations, taking ownership and ensuring queries and issues are resolved on the first contact.
As the Hotel Manager, your role will also be to ensure that the long-term and short-term goals of all departments of the Burman Hotel are met. You will be directing and managing all Department Heads so that operations in all departments will provide efficient, prompt, seamless, and proactive service to all our customers, maximizing hotel revenues and guest satisfaction.

- Innate customer-centric focus. Customer-centric approach is in your DNA.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality service, especially with high-net-worth individuals and VIPs.
- Deep understanding of luxury lifestyles and trends.
- Leadership prowess in elite customer service settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for elite client interaction.
- Proficient in socializing and quickly building rapport.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Agile thinking in high-pressure situations.
- High discretion and integrity in managing confidential information.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English required. Knowledge of Estonian is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to accommodate the needs of elite clients.
- In-depth knowledge about Tallinn as a destination and eagerness to learn about other Bombay Collection venues.

Key responsibilities:
- Make Our Clients Feel Exclusive: Lead and inspire a team dedicated to exclusive services for elite and regular clients.
- Monitor and adopt cutting-edge hotel industry trends for The Burman Hotel.
- Enhance customer experience by refining current processes for seamless service.
- Foster positive employee relations, motivate, and challenge staff.
- Engage in recruitment to ensure top-tier talent acquisition in hospitality.
- Identify and implement employee development and training for superior guest service, in collaboration with People Partner.
- Strategize and execute The Burman Hotels business plans and budgets for assured profitability.
Daily Duties:
- Direct department heads, ensuring goal achievement. Hold regular staff meetings.
- Review daily arrivals, highlighting VIPs and special guests to staff.
- Inspect hotel property for upkeep and recommend maintenance or repairs.
- Manage departmental costs and budget alignment.
- Oversee purchasing for quality and cost-efficiency.
- Master hotels emergency procedures.
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulations to protect people and property.
