Your new adventure

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team in Estonia. If you have a curiosity for robots and tech and want to make an impact at the cutting edge of autonomous driving, then now is a very exciting time to join!

Your main responsibilities are:

• Leading one of the production teams
  
• Training and supervising new employees
• Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks
• Conducting quality checks on the functionality of parts and components
• Adding finishing touches to the appearance of components
• Optimizing production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed
• Performing minor repairs and reporting breakdowns in a timely manner
• Updating productivity records and writing incident reports, if relevant
• Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time

What we hope youll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing in a team lead/supervisor role within technical teams (mid or large-scale production)
• Knowledge of production processes in a related industry is preferred
• Experience in performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards
• High level of technical expertise
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English language
• Right to work in Estonia is a must
