International School of Estonia is a private, co-educational, not for profit school, located in Tallinn. ISE is a fully authorized International Baccalaureate Continuum World School. It is also accredited with NEASC and CIS and as such is the only fully accredited International School in Estonia. It has an enthusiastic and hardworking staff, small class sizes, a happy and motivated student body and is centrally located. The school is recognised locally as a centre for excellence. This full time position is for an immediate start but the successful candidate may commence as late as August 1st 2024.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Enrollment Specialist to join our school. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of our school. This role involves creating compelling marketing campaigns, engaging with prospective students and their families, and ensuring a smooth enrolment process.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Develop an overview of ISE marketing and use their expertise to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote ISE to local and international audiences.
Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, print media, and events to promote the school and drive enrollment growth.

Brand Management:
Ensure a consistent and positive brand image across all communication channels.
Grow understanding of the opportunities and benefits of the ISE brand with our enrolled parent community.
Develop and maintain marketing materials that reflect the school's vision, mission and values

Engage Prospective Students and Families:
Build relationships with prospective students and their families through effective communication and personalized interactions.
Manage positive relationships with current students and their families through effective communication and personalized interactions.
Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and other events to showcase the school's facilities and programs.

Admissions Process Management:
Guide prospective families through the admissions process, providing information on academic programs, admission requirements, and tuition fees.
Collaborate with admissions staff to streamline and improve the enrollment process.

Ensure effective communication
Be able to identify, distill, articulate and communicate the strengths and values of the school clearly and effectively.
Ensure branding matches the messages being communicated through literature etc.
Help to build and maintain an alumni database and coordinate annual events for the alumni.

Website and Social Media
Source and creatively present news and events for the website and other channels
Use analytical data to improve the performance of the website
Ensure news is kept engaging and up-to-date on the website and through Social Media channels.
Renew the photography and other graphics to keep the site up-to-date, motivating and engaging.
Review the impact and user-friendliness of the website and seek to improve its delivery.
Project manage any new development or complete redevelopment of the website.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide regular reports on enrollment trends, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

International Recruitment:
Develop and implement strategies to attract international students, including partnerships with local and international businesses, educational agencies and embassies.

Market Research:
Stay informed about trends in international and local education and conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
Adapt marketing strategies based on demographic shifts and changing educational landscapes.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
Proven effectiveness in marketing, preferably within the education sector
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, and other stakeholders.
Familiarity with international education systems and admission processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in English, Estonian and Russian is an advantage.
