What will you be doing?
- Design and deliver insightful internal reports for management and the board, including specialized team reports
- Lead the selection and implementation of a BI solution, ensuring it meets our banking needs effectively
- Develop and refine profitability analyses to guide strategic decision-making
- Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Build and manage a comprehensive budgeting system, facilitating accurate forecasting and financial planning
- Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with corporate objectives
- Innovate and improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and clarity
- Serve as a key partner to CFO, providing analytical support and strategic insights
- Participate in the strategic planning and execution of financial initiatives
What will help you succeed?
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is highly advantageous
- At least 5 years of experience in management reporting, finance, or a similar role, preferable within the banking, fintech, or financial services industry
- A proven ability to implement BI tools and systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and financial modeling
- Exceptional communication skills, with the aptitude to articulate complex financial data to stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking capability, with a knack for identifying opportunities for financial optimization and risk management
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively in team environments and independently
- Fluency in Estonian and English
