About this opportunity

Project manager is responsible for contribution to Nordea´s competitive advantage by providing cost efficient, flexible premises and supporting business areas with optimal workplace solutions and driving different projects.

What youll be doing:
  • Participating in organizing company-wide initiatives
  • Ordering, invoice management and supervision of invoicing
  • Organizing and coordinating Team movements within locations
  • Driving different projects: system implementantion, testing and general support of different initiatives
  • Supporting with Risk&Compliance area Business Continuity plans and testing of scenarios
  • Supporting with internal web page updates
  • Troubleshooting and ensuring fastest possible solution of any emerged problems

The role is a temporary maternity leave cover position and based in Ülemiste City, Tallinn.

Your profile:
  • You must have the ability to have many balls in the air, since you will be managing a portfolio of different projects with different objectives and challenges.

  • You will be collaborating with many different stakeholders and people on all levels, so great people skills are needed to ensure that everyone feels secure.
  • Comfortable with numbers, analytical and critical thinking We provide database insights and analysis for the Banking areas. 
  • Always dedicated to delivering results and meeting business needs.
  • Educated to bachelors degree level.
  • You have previous project management experience
  • Driven by change and support change management in organisation
 
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are:
  • Collaborative and able to build and keep good relations with outside partners, guests, inhouse teams and international stakeholders
  • Hard-working and able to prioritize different topics under time pressure
  • Open minded and proactive to take ownership for tasks requiring attention, even before they are assigned to you
 
Your experience and background:
  • Hands-on experience in running a unit / business as administrator, office assistant, business support officer or similar
  • Professional Estonian and English languages both spoken and written
  • Ability to manage time and relations
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret documents
