The Job in a Nutshell
Coolbet is seeking a positive, service-minded Customer Support Specialist to work with our Scandinavian customers. You will be the face of the company for new customers and the champion of the customers within the company. In our team, you will have the potential to learn and do a lot, simply by taking initiative.
A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Helping our customers via chat and e-mail, they are cool, but some need more attention than others. The coolest part of the role is using your better judgment and not sounding robotic.
- Working with other departments to solve customer queries requires confirming data from different sources to determine what would be the accurate outcome.
- Working shifts with two weekends off per month.
You're good at
- Being excellent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Being service-minded and having a positive attitude. We like to laugh and have fun, so be ready for it!
- You are comfortable behind the keyboard, checking different points of data for accuracy.
- Translating ideas into action and actively contributing to discussions. Your voice carries weight in our team.
- Prior similar work experience? Nice to have, not a deal-breaker. You'll quickly notice the refreshing difference here just give it a little time, and you'll love it!
