    What You Will Do:

    • Lead and manage a team of third party and outsourcing risk professionals;
    • Oversee and challenge the effectiveness of first lines Third Party and Outsourcing risk management activities and controls and identify any areas of improvement, perform routine monitoring of Third Party and Outsourcing risks;
    • Identify, monitor, analyse, measure, manage, and report on third party and outsourcing risks;
    • Support the development and implementation of the Third Party and Outsourcing risk management policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with the institution's overall risk management strategy and that they are appropriate for the institution's risk profile;
    • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in Third Party and Outsourcing risk management and provide guidance to the institution on how to address these emerging risks;
    • Contribute to independent risk reporting to Luminors management and regulatory authorities;
    • Oversee incident and change management processes;
    • Contribute to other relevant elements of Luminors operational risk management framework;

    What We Expect:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business, Risk Management, Information Technology or similar field
    • 5+ years of experience in third party and outsourcing risk management, operational risk management or similar field;
    • Experience in identifying and assessing third party and outsourcing-related risks, developing and implementing policies and procedures to manage third party and outsourcing risks;
    • Experience in working with the specific regulations and industry standards that apply to the financial sector;
    • Experience working with senior management;
    • Strong understanding of risks and control measures associated with outsourcing and third-party arrangements;
    • Strong understanding of risk assessment, management principles and techniques;
    • Experience with relevant tools such as supplier risk management platforms (e.g., SupplierBase, OneTrust) and tools to support risk assessments and monitoring;
    • Experience in conducting and leading due diligence assessments of third-party vendors and service providers;
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to develop a vision and strategy for the team, establish clear goals and objectives, and motivate team members to work towards achieving them;
    • Ability to create a positive and productive working environment, foster collaboration and communication among team members, and handle conflicts;
    • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
