Responsibilities and duties of a member of the board of directors in accordance with the articles of association and legislation of Estonia.

- participation in negotiations,
- communication with official bodies (registration actions) both in Estonia and abroad,
- verification and formation of official contracts and requests,
- work with the sales department (participation in trade negotiations),
- working with outsource lawyers and tax consultants,
- communication with financial institutions,
- tax planning for international contracts,
- internal control over the performance of duties by company employees,
- financial planning, solving operational problems,
- coordination of employee activities,
- control and support of subordinate and subsidiary companies,
- communication with technical services
- other functions necessary for the companys activities.
