We are looking for a Junior Operator who would coordinate and handle daily operational tasks associated with a physical trading books' activity.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong interpersonal and communications skills
Is able to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances
Is attentive to details with structured and analytical mindset
Has good communication skills in both written and spoken English
Has willingness to learn
Is pro-active and able to take initiative to complete tasks
Is able to work independently and in a team
Is capable of time management, and the ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances

Tööülesannete kirjeldus

The main tasks will be:

Learn how to coordinate all operational aspects of physical trading books' activity
Provides day-to-day oversight of desk operations team, providing support and guidance to a group of Operators and Traders.
Ensure Operators safely and cost-effectively turn a physical trade into reality, per the contractual terms
Learn to assess operational and business risks, minimizing impacts which may impede success or growth of the Group and escalating those which require additional mitigation
