What are we looking for?
- Educational background: degree from Taltech (or similar international institution) from the department of civil engineering and architecture
- Work experience: from well-known employers in the real estate development and/or construction sectors (minimum 10 years) with a successful track record in leading and managing complex projects in a structured and systematical way.
- Ability to supervise and manage on behalf of the Trigon Group the technical planning and implementation of construction projects working with the relevant technical partners in the projects
- Languages: excellent Estonian and English language skills are needed, Russian language skills would be viewed as beneficial but not necessary
- Personal characteristics: good interpersonal skills, an innovative approach to problem solving, strong negotiating skills

- The right individual will be expected to lead Trigon Groups new property development projects including leading the property development lifecycle, from project conception and feasibility studies to construction and final completion.
