They both sell the cakes in the shop as well as do deliveries to weddings, home parties and catering. They are 2-3 pastry chefs working in the kitchen an sometimes also apprentices. In addition there are 3 bakers making bread and similar dough products. They also have cooks preparing the catering menus. So this is a rather large specialized kitchen and not only a grocery shop.
