Storestølen Fjellhotell is situated between Geilo and Flåm on 1013 meters above sea level with panoramic views to Hallingskarvet National park.

We are a family run Boutique hotel with focus on natural food.

During the season, we have a lot of visitors from Norway and abroad that seek the ultimate mountain experience with good local food, hiking and sightseeing.

We do have a holistic approach and have a lot of guests visiting us for yoga retreats, workshops in nutrition etc.

We are seeking for a chef who has experience in running the kitchen. Since we have a holistic view you need to be able to make vegan food as well as traditional Norwegian cuisine.

We do also get a lot of people with allergies and we make most of our food with no dairy or gluten.

If you do not have a degree in cooking, you need to have the experience from a professional kitchen. You also need to be willing to learn how to make dairy free and gluten free food, and to have the willingness to try new dishes.

We are looking for a positive and service minded person who can do jobs outside the kitchen if necessary.
It is an advantage if you like the mountains and beautiful scenery.

- Scandinavian or English language skills
