Requirements for candidates

  • We are looking for new colleague who will join our successful and growing Baltics team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, and sales & marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English (Estonian is a must, Finnish will be a plus)
  • Experience in the stone or building materials industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the country up to 50% of the time.

Job description
  1. Conducting in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape and identifying potential customers for the distribution of ceramics, quartz, and acrylic/solid surface, collaborating closely with fabricators and stonemasons.
  2. Strategically attracting new clientele through effective company and product presentations, and skillfully negotiating and finalizing contracts.
  3. Proactively maintaining and expanding the current client base, offering expert consultations, and diversifying the product line to meet evolving market demands.
  4. Managing and enhancing partner loyalty programs, ensuring seamless provision of promotional materials such as samples, displays, and brochures to sustain partner engagement.
  5. Meeting designated sales objectives.
  6. Cultivating partnerships with furniture showrooms, kitchen studios, designers, and architects to effectively showcase and promote the company's offerings.
  7. Compiling comprehensive sales reports and delivering insightful presentations to management on a regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
