• Work with enterprise databases - track data changes, prepare and design different documents, invoice processing

• Handling paperwork - sales/leases, offers, invoices, delivery documents

• Working at European and Baltic level with customer contracts, matching rules, prices, etc. with local contracts

• Communication with European company structures and departments on various issues

• Reporting

• Regularly control and restore data in databases

• Documentation experience, excellent documentation skills

• Very good skills with MS Office (Word, Excel); the ability to create Pivot tables is an advantage

• Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English, Russian knowledge is also desirable
