- Be part of different forum in the Value stream to be able to risk evaluate the activities
- Partner and support for the business unit within your responsibility for risk related issues
- Support implementation of policies, directives, and instructions
- Monitor and report operational risk issues
- Incident reporting
- Internal Audit and External Audit follow up regarding audit findings
What is needed in this role:
- You need to be driven by results and have knowledge in payment products or deep knowledge in Risk Management.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and "can do" attitude.
- You have a strong interest in the operational risk area, especially in securing execution of activities to manage and mitigate operational risks.
- You have a relevant academic degree, as well as excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).
- The position also requires strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Swedish.
- You manifest openness, simplicity and care in your everyday work.
