Job Description
R8 Technologies recognizes the pivotal role of the financial controller as a trusted partner to management, tasked with multifaceted responsibilities that include:
- Drive and support positive business growth.
- Coordinating and directing budget preparation and financial forecasting, while reporting on variances.
- Forecasting costs and incomes across all bases, aligning key performance indicators (KPIs) with cost metrics.
- Ensuring seamless integration of operational data with financial metrics to facilitate accurate cost allocation and financial modeling.
- Generating regular performance reports and maintaining a statistics dashboard using BI tools.
- Timely preparation and distribution of monthly managerial and investor reporting.
- Providing support for regulatory reporting and facilitating month-end and year-end close processes.
- Upholding quality control over financial transactions and reporting, with a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting standards.
- Assume responsibility for invoicing process and revenue-associated costs
Requirements for Candidates
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- Proven experience as a controller, with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and preferably experience with other Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Estonian, both verbal and written.
- 3+ years of experience in controlling/financial analysis, including preparation of financial statements and involvement in the month-end/year-end close process.
- Previous experience as analyst or controller role in a SaaS company is advantageous.
