Playtech's IT unit is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills to join our Tartu office.

- Provide internal IT support for Playtech employees on site in Tartu and remotely
- Troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system
- Prepare and setup (Microsoft Windows, Mac OS): (re)installing systems & software
- Communicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutions

- Have experience in the field of IT
- Are deeply interested in computers and hardware
- Know how to troubleshoot Windows OS & Mac OS client issues, remote connectivity (VPN) problems as well as have an understanding computer systems and network basics
- Are initiative and team-oriented
- Have a bright mind and willingness to learn
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
