You will be successful if you have
- appropriate education
- B-category certificate of electrician or readiness to acquire the certificate
- at least 3 years of work experience in electrical/ automation maintenance
- preparedness to lead a team of experts
- strategic thinking and understanding of the business environment
- good planning and prioritization skills
- Estonian language in advanced level
- English language in good level (communication and technical documentation)
Advantage to have:
- similar experience in a forest industry
- team management experience
- Finnish language (technical documentation)
What will you do
Your main responsibilities are to manage a team of electricians and automation technicians, ensure cost-effective use of production equipment, maintain technical quality, and ensure economical use of energy.
- Plan and organize the installations, configurations, maintenance and repair of electrical and automation equipment in production.
- Develop technology and cost efficiency.
- Arrange the operation of the low-voltage area, and ensure the compliance of the installation with electrical safety requirements.
- Ensure the necessary tools, equipment, spare parts and materials.
- Organize and supervise outsourcing.
- Participate in a department budget planning and pursuance.
- Compile and update given manuals and technical documentation.
- Participate or lead development projects.
