About the role:

We seek an experienced and driven People Partner to join our team in Estonia. The People Partner collaborates closely with in-country managers to drive business outcomes and facilitate the implementation of people strategies locally. This involves discerning key trends from local teams through data analysis and engaging stakeholders.

The position works with colleagues in the People team within their respective countries and relevant centers of expertise to ensure a seamless experience for our managers while implementing people objectives aligned with the country's business strategy.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Develop and foster strong stakeholder relationships by providing People through partnership, coaching, and data analysis to managers at a country level.
  • Manage and implement various People initiatives through local leaders and managers across the full range of People topics (incl. but not limited to, performance management, succession planning, organizational design, employee engagement, D&I programs, exit interviews, compensation reviews, talent management, etc.)
  • Contribute to management coaching initiatives and team building to support leadership growth within the countries supported, in alignment with the Regional People Strategy.
  • Take the lead on employee relations issues and in-country employee unions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Draft and recommend in-country policies aligned with best practices, local labor laws, and HR governance standards.

About you:

  • 3-4 years experience in a People Partner capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Success in creating and implementing People projects across the HR value chain.
  • Experienced in managing employee relations cases, with a solid understanding of local labor law.
  • Proven understanding of the role and functions of HR in a global organization.
  • Customer obsession, keeping the internal clients and business needs at the center of everything.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to ensure that programs are driven to schedule.
  • Exposure to talent analytics - the ability to create reports and analyze employee metrics.
