As our Senior Lawyer you have a chance to:

Your responsibilities:
- acting as a contact point for other business units regarding legal matters with clients and partners,
- being representative of legal function in contractual negotiations with clients and partners,
- drafting of agreements, legal opinions and other legal documents,
- providing legal advice to other business units regarding daily legal matters,
- communication with supervisory authorities,
- participating in internal projects (e.g., agreement processing automation).
What we expect from you:
- experience in the financial services sector, preferably payment services
- in-depth knowledge of payment services, e-money, AML and data protection law
- masters degree in law
- very good spoken and written English (main working language), good Estonian
You will be successful in this position if:
- you want to understand and contribute the business goals and processes of the company
- you enjoy communicating with the colleagues from other business units and the representatives of our partners
- legal writing is one of your strengths
- you enjoy digging deep into legal issues from time to time but find it also motivating to provide support in daily legal matters
