We are now seeking a Key Account Manager whose role is to develop relationships with distributors and as a Paulig Ambassador to introduce Santa Maria and Paulig portfolio solutions to our partners.
You are supported by other Key Account Managers and customer service team.
You will contribute to Baltic OOH (business sector, outside of retail) sales and marketing team with your sales expertise and market insights by visiting customers daily to build your own understanding of market and consumer behavior.
What you will do
· Develop and grow our branded market position and drive towards market and category leadership;
· To inspire and accelerate Paulig business in Out of Home sector by introducing foods and drinks concepts together with the portfolio for end-users and distributors;
· Understand and act upon the agreed strategy, values, vision, brand guidelines and current go-to-market plans;
· Compile strategic account plans that identify long term opportunities to deliver growth and profit with our chosen customers;
· Educate and train our end users and Key Accounts within our categories;
· Lead cross-functional projects, manage participation in tenders;
Contribute to Baltics marketing and sales team with your responsible area knowledge and insights.
What we expect from you
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this
· At least 5 years of experience in active sales positions, experience in similar sector is an advantage
· University degree or corresponding knowledge gained through work
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Experience in project management, responsibility for budget
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Drivers licence
· Fluent in Estonian and English, is an advantage
