We are one of the fastest growing companies in reinforcing steel supply and production for the construction sector in Europe, producing and supplying high-quality steel products in more than 15 European countries, with the largest market share in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and Baltic states.
Currently we are looking for a sales manager who will be responsible for the sales result in tonnage, revenue, and margin at the market under his/her scope along with building up healthy and trustful business relations with the clients under responsibility.
Resume should be in English language.
Responsibilities:
- Bring sales results within the sales strategy set by the Head of sales under his/her zone of responsibility.
- Provide initiatives to achieve high margin in sales per customer and product.
- Develop and implement actions for conquering the market for improving sales and company results.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Coordinate with other salespersons to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business or any similar field.
- Experience in sales at least 2 years.
- Fluency in English.
- Finnish language.
- Scandinavian or Polish language would be as a benefit.
- Strong analytical and result-oriented skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
