Key Account Manager (KAM) is link between the company and the healthcare professionals. The KAM is responsible for promoting products in specialized therapeutic area; works with a variety of customers (physicians, pharmacists and other relevant stakeholders included in hospitals).
KAM works strategically to increase the awareness and create the demand of the company products and to ensure optimal and continuous product availability on the market.
- Achieves companys targets in the designated territory while meeting all Companys requirements.
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with HCP in digital and F2F environment to enhance territory knowledge.
- Shape Viatris brand positioning and messaging in a way thats consistent with marketing strategy.
- Maintains excellent on-going knowledge of disease areas, product and competitors.
- Identify market trends and translate them into business opportunities. Using for regular result analyzing Companys accepted tools and digital databases to conduct ongoing market analysis including Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence..
- Implementing digital tools in assigned region.
Desirable requirements:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent).
- Good computer and device skills.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
- One or more years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Prior expierence as a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager considered as an advantage).
- Good digital marketing understanding considered as an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal capabilities in building long-lasting relationships and networks.
- Excellent communication skills; good negotiation skills
