Currently, the company is looking for a Finance Manager
Your Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will be a key figure in overseeing and managing our financial activities. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams. You will work in close collaboration with your Baltic colleagues.
You will ensure that all activities are performed in business wise way and in alignment with policies, directives, procedures and laws.
Main tasks:
· Develop and lead the finance team, fostering the culture of collaboration.
· Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making process.
· Prepare and present financial reports to Country, Baltic, Group management and governmental institutions.
· Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and risk management.
· Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
· Ensure compliance with Estonian financial regulations and standards.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a leader with abilities to motivate a team and drive changes in a structured and customer-oriented way. You are an analytical thinking person with a commercial awareness.
Required skills and competencies to be successful in this role:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in international finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Strong financial analysis and reporting skills (i.e. IFRS 16).
· In-depth knowledge of Estonian financial regulations and accounting principles
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
· Very good communication and presentation abilities.
· Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (MS Dynamics).
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Fluency in Estonian and English;
